Don’t you just love it when, after months of staring at the same to-do list, you finally get to cross something off? I sure do!
Sometimes I actually complete a task and THEN write it on my to-do list, just so I can cross it off.
I know. It’s a little bit weird. And possibly a touch pathetic. Let’s just move on…
Today, I finally accomplished something that’s been on my to-do list for most of the summer: I updated my resources list. It is now filled with my “staples” – the go-to sites that have challenged me, inspired me, and sometimes just provided some much-needed entertainment.
I hope you’ll check them out; there are some real gems there.
What websites do YOU love?
I am been enjoying reading your blog. I am chronically disorganized to the point were I don’t have room to put things on the counters but under the counters are empty. I would love to write things on a to-do-list; however, I would only be sad at the number of items that are still there after weeks, months, or even years (yulk). I do believe their must be a better way…. In my head, I stick out my tongue at the mothers who instructively know “make a place for everything, and put everything in its place.”
Enough Monday babble. Thanks for sending out little reminders that I am not alone in my journey to provide the best education for my children. I have a girl who just turned 8, and a boy who is 19 months.
